Where your needs include business credit reports, the MERit Credit Engine provides the means to incorporate Experian's business profile reports into your business process.

Requests for business reports are made with the same ease as consumer credit reports, by writing a simple file to a designated directory, or by inserting an inquiry record directly into the database. The same connectivity options apply, whether dialup or direct TCP access. Upon receipt, complete business credit reports are stored as human-readable text in the database, making them practical to manage, or to route to decision makers' desktops. Reports can be retrieved into your application directly from the credit engine database, or you may request that they be exported on demand as text files.

• Actual trade payment experiences
• Public record information
• Company background
• Payment performance as compared to the industry
• Intelliscore - To monitor business accounts and predict the likelihood of derogatory payment performance

• International Profiles for non US companies gathered from the available reporting entities in Europe, the Pacific Rim, Canada, Mexico and South America
